Buying at Bigspares is very simple. You just need to follow the following steps:

• Browse our product catalog using the navigation menu links.

• Once the product(s) you are interested in have been displayed, add them to the cart. This way you can choose to continue purchasing or process the order.

• If you wish to process your order, you have the option of go to your cart and proceed to checkout.

• The system will show shipping costs.

• Select a payment method.

• Confirm the order.

• You will receive an email confirming your order.


Shipping costs

At Bigspares, shipping costs are calculated after entering the address information and products to be sent.


Delivery times

These are indicative average Transit times. The deadlines are comprised of a collection from Monday to Friday, with deliveries being made on working days, excluding holidays,

• Shipping to mainland Portugal within 24/48 hours (working days) via express mail, on orders placed before 1 pm / after dispatch confirmation.

• Shipping to Europe, in the countries mentioned below, after shipping confirmation (business days):

 – 3 days: France and Spain.

 – 4 days: Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg.

 – 5 days: Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovaquia, Ireland.

 – 7 days: Croatia.

 – 9 days: Greece.

 – 3/4 weeks: USA

Exchanges and returns

You can return a product up to 48 hours after receipt. Only returns of products that are broken, damaged or in poor condition are not permitted.

To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, the trader may ask the customer for photographs of the condition of the product.

In these cases, Winefoster assumes the costs of returning the products, as long as they are broken, damaged or in poor condition.

If the order is correct, but you have changed your mind or don’t agree with any of the products, you have seven days to make a return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and verified, we would proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.

Change Password

If you want to change your password, log into your account and change your password in the “My Account” area under “change my password”.

Cancel purchase

You can cancel products or orders as long as they have not yet been shipped. You can find out the status of your order in My Account > My Orders. Likewise, you will receive an email to the associated email account whenever we change the status of your order.

To cancel an order, you must contact us by sending an email to or using our form.

Note: If the order has already entered the delivery preparation process, this option will not be available. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Please remember that canceled orders cannot be reactivated. If you wish to receive any of the products that have been canceled, you must place a new order.

When you complete your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.

What days and what time are deliveries made?

It depends on the type of delivery and the transport company chosen. In general, products are delivered from Monday to Friday. If you need flexibility, choose delivery to a collection point. Collection points are generally stores, such as kiosks, stationery stores or florists. Furthermore, many of these spots are open on the weekends.
